Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Limpet Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the items.
